Terms of service
Last updated 16 October 2026
These terms cover your use of the OzTrady service (the "Service"), a field operations app for trade businesses. By using it you agree to them. If you use it for a business, you confirm you can accept these terms for that business.
1. Your account
Each business has an owner who invites its team. Keep your sign-in details private and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used them. You are responsible for what is done with your account and for the people you invite.
2. Your data
You own the information you put into the Service (jobs, tasks, customers, invoices, photos and so on). You give us permission to store and process it so we can run the Service for you. We do not sell it. Removing something in the Service hides it; it is kept for your records and can be restored by a manager.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to break the law, send spam, upload harmful code, try to reach another business's data, or overload the Service. We may suspend an account that does.
4. Plans and payment
Plans, prices and any free trial are shown to you before you start or are agreed with us in writing. Where we invoice you directly, payment is due by the date on the invoice. If a payment is overdue we may limit your account to read-only and then pause it, and we will warn you first. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where stated.
5. Availability
We work to keep the Service running and take regular backups, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change the Service from time to time.
6. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before it arose.
7. Ending your account
You can stop using the Service at any time. We can end or suspend an account for a serious or repeated breach of these terms. On request we will provide an export of your data for a reasonable period after the account ends.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will tell account owners about important changes. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Questions: csandbhor@gmail.com.
